  1. Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, inspections, and certificates for the sale of their products
  2. Compliance with the Provincial, Federal Sales Tax Regulation is the responsibility of the individual vendor
  3. No person shall sell or offer for sale food that does not conform to the Public Health Act and all regulations made here under
